We want you to love every Kayara product. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at groupkayara@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used fragrances and oils cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
